Any high school or college runners have indoor races coming up in the next month or so? Coaches, what is your winter schedule?
Only training or you like to go play indoors once or twice?
One thing I always remember, especially at Ohio State with the (blowing) heaters right above the track, you'd have cotton mouth within a lap or two. Still was fun to get indoors from the cold and run fast....
