Week 3 NFL Power Rankings

1. Packers 2-0: Until they are defeated, they will remain #1. Looks like Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the offense has not lost a beat.

2. Patriots 2-0: Looks like the same team as last year. Ridiculous offense, suspect defense. Cause a few turnovers against the Pats, and they are looking to be upset in the playoffs again.

3. Jets 2-0: Jets’ defense looking primed to be the best defense this year. Didn’t hurt to have Revis for all of training camp this time.

4. Chargers 1-1: Eliminate petty turnover mistakes, and the Chargers are 2-0.

5. Texans 2-0: The Texans started off strong last year, and faltered with injuries. Their first real test comes this week @ New Orleans. They still seem primed to make their first playoff appearance regardless with a Manningless Colts in their division. The AFC South has quickly turned into the weakest division in the AFC.

6. Falcons 1-1: Bounced back in a real good way by defeating the “dream team” in a comeback win for Vick’s homecoming.

7. Saints 1-1: Saints rebound after close opening day loss. Defense still looks very questionable. This team reminds me of the 2010 Chargers.

8. Eagles 1-1: The main concern during all of offseason was whether the Eagles offensive line could protect Vick. 2 weeks into the season, and Vick is already injured.

9. Ravens 1-1: Losing to the HasselGOAT (lol wes) Titans is not a good way to keep positive momentum going after dominating a division foe the previous week.

10. Lions 2-0: This team is for real. They play with an attitude that is established from that defensive line. Any team is going to have their hands full with the Lions, especially if (big if) Matt Stafford stays healthy.

11. Steelers 1-1: Rapistberger and the rest of the scumbags bounce back after being completely dominated by the Ravens the week before. Should move on to 2-1 after their matchup with the abysmal Colts.

12. Cowboys 1-1: Cue the media being all over Romo a week after they made him out to be the worst QB in the NFL

13. Bears 1-1: Bears offensive line remembered they sucked in their loss to the Saints.

14. Buccaneers 1-1: Needed a 4th quarter comeback to cancel out AP’s big day. Play Atlanta at home in a key early division game this week.

15. Redskins 2-0: Grossman is showing why he should be the starting QB. Big game next week in Dallas

16. Bills 2-0: Who would have thought an early season matchup between the Bills and Patriots would be a matchup between two undefeated teams? The Bills offense is very dangerous this year. I guess that Harvard degree for Fitzpatrick was good for something.

17. Raiders 1-1: Should be 2-0. They have only themselves to blame for the Bills loss. Regardless, this team will not be an easy out for anybody.

18. Giants 1-1: Looked horrible in their MNF win. They might luck out vs the Eagles with Vick’s status in the air. Has Eli gone a game since last season without an INT?

19. Vikings 0-2: Also should be 2-0. They look like the best winless team so far. I am just waiting for the “bench” McNabb crew to come out though.

20. Cardinals 1-1: Cardinals have looked subpar in the first two games, which should be enough to win the NFC West.

21. Titans 1-1: They are 30th in rushing yards so far this season. CJ is just swimming in his cash.

22. Dolphins 0-2: It is never good when Chad Henne is your starting QB. Dolphins still look terrible at home, so they should be able to get their first win this week @ Cleveland.

23. Rams 0-2: The NFL is not doing the Rams any favors with scheduling. Their next 5 games: Ravens, Redskins, Packers, Dallas, and the Saints. The NFC West is a joke, but they are going to need at least 2 wins in those next 5 if they want to be in the playoffs.

24. 49er’s 1-1: They look mediocre, which once again might be enough to win the NFC West.

25. Broncos 1-1: Held on late for the victory vs the Bengals with a depleted injury riddled team. Von Miller is an all pro linebacker in the making.

26. Jaguars: Came back to earth with after getting manhandled by the Jets. Don’t let the week 1 win fool you, this team is not that good, and their fans are a joke. Speaking of which….

27. Bengals 1-1: Bengals almost pulled off a late comeback on the Broncos. This team can keep most games close with their defense and their running game. How long can Benson last though? Home opener next week v.s. the 49ers. Not much of a home field advantage as the joke of a fan base was already blacked out 2 weeks prior.

28. Browns 1-1: It was a win, but not impressive at all. Browns have allowed Cedric Benson and Joseph Adai look like premier RBs in the league. Anything less than 100 yards for Hillis after 30+ carries is also unacceptable. Browns return home to see if they can redeem themselves to their fans after the Bengals fluke loss at home.

29. Panther 0-2: Just because Cam Newton passed for a lot of yards does not make this team a good team.

30. Colts 0-2: It’s going to be a long year for Colts fans. Something they aren’t used to… A losing season. They might go down as the luckiest franchise if they end up with Andrew Luck.

31. Seahawks 0-2: They are god awful. How did they make the playoffs last year? Oh yeah, they went 7-9 in a mediocre division. Once again their mediocre play might be enough to win the NFC West.

32. Chiefs 0-2: Not much luck. First Eric Berry, now Charles. The chiefs are so far the worst team in the NFL, and it might be getting worse. They play the Chargers this week.
